Hiwin KM Cartesian stages are designed to be a high-quality and cost-effective solution for companies to integrate into their OEM systems or in house production systems. The value of these stages is that they save the customer from using their own valuable employee resources to design, source parts, and assemble their own Cartesian stage. The KM Cartesian stage utilizes high-quality components to maximize the quality, reliability, and performance of the system.
The KM Cartesian stages are multi-axis stages consisting of KK single-axis stages as their core component. They are integrated into a system with mounting brackets, sensors, cable chains, couplings, cables, motors, and drives.

NSK
NSK produces two different product lines of linear actuators: Monocarrier™ and Toughcarrier™. Both incorporate a compact, single-axis design using reliable NSK products, including ball screws, linear guides, and support bearings. The difference between the two types is the rolling element. NSK’s Monocarrier™ utilizes a standard ball type whereas the Toughcarrier™ uses rollers, instead of balls.
Standard black chrome coating for corrosion resistance with optional premium anti-corrosion coating is available. Optional accessories include sensor units, sensor rails, covers, motor brackets and adapters.
